IRVINE, Calif. (April 22, 2009) - SoftMirage, an Orange County marketing solutions company, assisted California-based architecture and planning firm, MVE to win multiple awards at the National Association of Homebuilders' (NAHB) 18th Annual Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program. The Pillars are viewed as the most important national awards in the multi-family housing development and the design industry. MVE partnered with Softmirage to create before and after visualization for the Park Terrace at Mission Bay project.
Park Terrace at Mission Bay, San Francisco won the award for Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community. Park Terrace consists of 110 market-rate, urban condominiums overlooking Mission Bay, with structures ranging from four to seven stories. Surrounded by promenades, parks and thriving neighborhoods, Park Terrace also offers dramatic waterfront views. The jury stated: "It's a strong project. The exterior and interior design is cohesive throughout, and the 'step-down' approach to the Bay is great. It's an impressive project-well-conceived, well-crafted, and well-executed. It's a special place to live."
"We are deeply honored to receive this award, as well as the others bestowed upon us this year by NAHB," said Ernesto Vasquez, AIA, Vice President and Partner of MVE & Partners.
